The Dwyer Group had a legacy application which handled scheduling and dispatch for their service oriented franchise concepts. This application needed reengineering.
Client Solution
Servant Systems is working jointly with Dwyer Group staff providing training, design and software development services as the application is rewritten in stages converting from Microsoft Access to the newer Microsoft languages. The new modules fit seamlessly with the old modules with the help of some proprietary interface modules between Microsoft Access and the Microsoft .NET Framework.
Results
The software is in use by over 500 franchisees.
