Domino's Pizza Case Study
« Return to Client PortfolioBusiness Problem #1
Domino's Pizza required a system which could run at the Franchisee office to consolidate financial results for a multi-store franchisee. Alternate solutions from other vendors were not cost effective, because most solutions charged for each store rather than for the franchisee.
Client Solution
Servant Systems built on their previous experience (described below) and built an easy to use program written in Microsoft .NET which could be downloaded and installed by Domino's franchisees at a minimal cost. p=. !{width:60%;}images/content/clients/dominos_casestudy_pulse.jpg(Domino's Pulse Screen Capture)!:images/content/clients/dominos_casestudy_pulse.jpg (click on image to see more detail)
Business Problem #2
In 2000, Domino's Pizza, LLC embarked on multimillion dollar project to replace the system used in their Domino's Pizza stores. Extensive work was required to integrate the purchased solution into Domino's infrastructure in a very short time frame. Servant Systems was one of the three integrators chosen to provide a solution. In 2006, Servant Systems released the Franchise Office System in use by over 700 Domino's Stores.
Client Solution
Servant Systems implemented key features of the reporting and ordering infrastructure:
- Daily store reporting. Domino's stores report results by 5 am to Corporate headquarters. Executive summaries are provided by 9 am. Servant Systems designed the overall infrastructure to provide this reporting.
- Electronic Food Ordering. Servant Systems provided the interface used for commissary orders by each store.
- Interfaces. Servant Systems designed and implemented interfaces to Payroll, Accounts Receivable (Credit Cards), Security and other systems at Domino's World Headquarters.
